Pricing questions

How the commercials work.

Why isn't there a fixed price on the page?

Because a 25-key boutique and a 180-key resort don't need the same amount of work, pricing the same for both would be unfair to one of you. The audit lets us quote accurately against your actual property and goals.

Is there a long lock-in?

No long lock-in. Managed engagements run on a simple rolling basis — if it isn't working, you can walk. We'd rather earn the renewal every month.

What does the audit cost?

The initial revenue audit is free and comes with a written roadmap you keep, whether or not you continue with us.

Do you take a share of revenue?

Our standard model is a transparent managed fee, so you always know your cost. Performance-linked structures can be discussed for the right fit during the audit.

What do we need in place already?

Typically a property management system and a channel manager. If your stack has gaps, the audit flags them and we help you close them before we start.
